Senior / Customer Service Executive
Work Location : Shenzhen, China
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing potential business |
| - |
Keep close contact with customers for handling orders as well as getting new production information |
| - |
Prepare quotations and responsible for negotiation |
| - |
Follow up sales order and provide shipment schedule for delivery |
| - |
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure coordination and flow of information are in order |
| - |
Arrange plant visits and handle related activities |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering or Business related discipline |
| - |
At least 4 years’ experience in sales, sales administration and / or customer service, with relevant exposure in manufacturing industry is preferred |
| - |
Excellent communication and presentation skills |
| - |
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint |
| - |
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin |
| - |
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive |
