Senior / Customer Service Executive

Work Location : Shenzhen, China

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing potential business
- Keep close contact with customers for handling orders as well as getting new production information
- Prepare quotations and responsible for negotiation
- Follow up sales order and provide shipment schedule for delivery
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure coordination and flow of information are in order
- Arrange plant visits and handle related activities

Job Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering or Business related discipline
- At least 4 years’ experience in sales, sales administration and / or customer service, with relevant exposure in manufacturing industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Executive
