Corporate HR Director

Work Location : Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources strategies to support business growth
- To be fully responsible for all human resource functions of the extensive operations
- Plan, implement and identify effective and reliable HR solutions, policies and operation system to support the business needs
- Develop HR objectives, strategies and plans in the responsible areas of succession planning, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff relation, etc.
- Direct the development and execution of human resource strategies in alignment with the group’s long and short-term business needs and priorities
- Lead HR team to drive and implement the strategic HR initiatives and programs within the Group
- Develop HR competencies and provide HR specialist guidance for the HR team members
- Ensure the company's core values are practiced in the daily work by all staffs
- Responsible for employee problem resolution and coaching of managers and employees on human resource topics

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 15 years human resources generalist and management experience, preferably in large size manufacturing groups/MNC with operations in China
- Solid and hands on experience in HR management including talent management, staffing, compensation & benefits, organizational development, HRIS, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people from various levels in the organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
- Proactive, flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- Travel within Asia when necessary
