Supplier Quality Engineer
Work Location : Shenzhen, China
Job Responsibilities:
| - |
Perform supplier quality control and assist in implementing the internal quality assurance systems |
| - |
Deal with customer to develop new suppliers and identify new material parts meeting requirements of both our customer and our Group |
| - |
Develop inspection methodology, guidelines and sampling plan for material inspection control |
| - |
Monitor suppliers’ performance with score card system and drive for the suppliers’ corrective actions and continuous improvement |
| - |
Assist in audit & follow up the suppliers’ corrective actions on site when necessary |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Higher Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines |
| - |
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in supplier quality management in manufacturing field, preferably in automotive area |
| - |
With good grasp of requirements in Automotive business is an asset |
| - |
Proficient in environmental and quality management standards like ISO14000 and ISO/TS16949 |
| - |
Familiar with Lean Process, SPC, FEMA, MSA, APQP and PPAP |
| - |
Knowledge in Six Sigma |
| - |
Proficient in Microsoft office like Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Access |
| - |
Good team spirit and communication skills |
| - |
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) |
