Head of Facilities Management
Work Location : Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities:
| - |
Manage critical and general facilities of the Group |
| - |
Monitor areas of building maintenance, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water & electric supply and other systems to ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Group |
| - |
Ensure all facilities-related and maintenance activities are in compliance with the statutory regulations |
| - |
Establish and execute risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure |
| - |
Work with various internal departments for vendor management, business continuity plans and process re-engineering, etc. |
| - |
Provide a clear picture of facilities-related matters in the Group to Management |
| - |
Handle ad-hoc projects |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Degree or above in related discipline |
| - |
Minimum 10 years' solid experience in facilities management preferably in manufacturing industry |
| - |
Experience in developing good working relationship with vendors and outsourced service providers |
| - |
Experience in M&E industry in both contractor and client side would be an asset |
| - |
Excellent interpersonal and client services skills |
| - |
Strong leadership & communication skills |
| - |
Proactive and good team player |
| - |
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) |
