Quality Manager
Work Location : Wuxi, China
Job Responsibilities:

Manage Quality Department in the areas of Customer Quality, Quality Assurance, In Process Quality, Quality System, Contamination & ESD Control, Incoming Quality and Supplier Quality Management |
| - |
Establish quality targets and an effective quality management system to fulfill customers’ requirements |
| - |
Ensure quality resources and set-up are adequate to meet company quality objectives & targets, and optimize the use of resources for preventing wastage |
| - |
Ensure build in product quality concept is established |
| - |
Ensure customers’ quality & specification requirements and complaints are addressed promptly and preventive measures are well placed |
| - |
Ensure continuous improvement of Quality staff professionalism and quality targets over time |
| - |
Ensure right equipment is in place to support the components at proper quality standard |
Job Requirements:
| - |
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering |
| - |
Minimum 8 years’ working experience in Quality functions in HDD manufacturing industry |
| - |
Good communication skill and customer-oriented |
| - |
Independent, mature and strong leadership skill |
| - |
Good team player |
| - |
Multitasked and with fast response |
| - |
Proficient in Quality Tools and Six Sigma Technique |
| - |
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin |
